Stacy Hobson is an author, entrepreneur, blood cancer survivor, kidney transplant recipient, and founder of Yield, Heal & Thrive, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting kidney donors and recipients while increasing awareness of kidney disease and organ donation.

After surviving chronic myeloid leukemia and living with Stage 5 kidney disease for more than eight years without dialysis, Stacy received a life-saving kidney transplant from an altruistic donor in August 2025. Her experiences inspired her memoir, Yield, Heal & Thrive, which chronicles her journey of faith, healing, and resilience.
